توسعه چارچوب پیادهسازی نوآوری باز با تاکید بر شبکههای همکاری و با کمک تکنیک دلفی و آراس فازی (مطالعه موردی: شرکت مپنا پارس)
چکیده
هدف: هدف این پژوهش توسعهی چارچوبی برای پیادهسازی نوآوری باز با تاکید بر نقش شبکههای همکاری در سازمانهاست. این چارچوب به شرکتها کمک میکند تا با شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار، موانع را کنترل کرده و مسیر نوآوری را بهینهسازی کنند. مطالعه موردی این تحقیق در شرکت مپنا پارس انجام شده است.
روششناسی پژوهش: روش تحقیق از نوع ترکیبی بوده و شامل مرور مبانی نظری، شناسایی متغیرها با تکنیک دلفی و رتبهبندی آنها با استفاده از روش آراس فازی است. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه ساختیافته گردآوری شده و تحلیلها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS و اکسل صورت گرفته است.
یافتهها: بر اساس نظر خبرگان و تحلیلهای کمی، متغیرهایی مانند دانش روز، تکنولوژی و شبکههای همکاری نقش کلیدی در موفقیت پیادهسازی نوآوری باز ایفا میکنند. در مقابل، متغیرهایی همچون مقررات گمرکی و دولتی اهمیت کمتری داشته و از چارچوب نهایی حذف شدهاند. همچنین، بین متغیرهای نهایی انتخابشده و سودآوری شرکت، رابطه معناداری مشاهده شد.
اصالت / ارزش افزوده علمی: این تحقیق با تلفیق دو روش دلفی و آراس فازی، چارچوبی نوین و کاربردی برای استقرار نوآوری باز در بستر شبکههای همکاری ارائه میدهد. نوآوری اصلی پژوهش در تاکید همزمان بر متغیرهای کلیدی و ساختاری (مانند دانش روز و شبکههای همکاری) و بهکارگیری مدلهای تصمیمگیری چندمعیاره است که آن را برای صنایع مشابه قابلتعمیم میسازد.
