شناسایی راهبردهای اصلی بازاریابی دیجیتال در تقویت برندسازی شهری با هدف توسعه صنعت گردشگری بین المللی (مطالعه موردی: شهر قزوین)
چکیده
هدف: پژوهش هدف: این پژوهش با هدف ارائه یک مدل تصمیمگیری چندمعیاره جهت ارزیابی عملکرد شعب بانکی انجام شده است. با توجه به رقابت شدید بین بانکها و اهمیت سنجش دقیق عملکرد شعب برای بهبود بهرهوری و تخصیص منابع، ضرورت طراحی روشی علمی و قابل اعتماد احساس میشود.
روششناسی پژوهش: ابتدا شاخصهای کلیدی عملکرد از طریق مرور ادبیات و نظر خبرگان شناسایی شدند. سپس با استفاده از روش بهترین–بدترین وزن معیارها تعیین گردید و برای رتبهبندی شعب از روش ARAS استفاده شد. دادهها از چندین شعبه فعال جمعآوری و تحلیلها با نرمافزارهای تخصصی تصمیمگیری چندمعیاره انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد معیارهای رضایت مشتری، کارایی کارکنان و بازده مالی بیشترین تأثیر را در عملکرد شعب دارند. همچنین مدل ترکیبی BWM–ARAS توانست نتایجی دقیقتر و منسجمتر نسبت به سایر روشهای سنتی ارائه دهد. بر اساس رتبهبندی نهایی، شعبه «الف» بهعنوان بهترین عملکرد شناسایی شد.
اصالت/ارزشافزوده علمی: این پژوهش برای نخستینبار در ارزیابی عملکرد شعب بانکی از ترکیب روشهای BWM و ARAS استفاده کرده است. مدل ارائهشده میتواند به مدیران بانکی در تصمیمگیری راهبردی، بهبود عملکرد و تخصیص بهینه منابع کمک کند.
