تحلیل عوامل تعیین‌کننده اعتماد کاربران به چت‌بات‌های هوش مصنوعی با تاکید بر نقش میانجی نگرش مصرف‌کننده

چکیده

هدف: گسترش روزافزون کاربرد چت‌بات‌های مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی در حوزه‌های مختلف کسب‌وکار، خدمات مشتریان و تجارت الکترونیک، اعتماد کاربران به این فناوری را به یکی از عوامل کلیدی موفقیت و پذیرش آن تبدیل کرده است. با وجود توسعه قابل‌توجه پژوهش‌های مرتبط با پذیرش فناوری، هنوز درک جامعی از نقش هم‌زمان عوامل فناورانه، شناختی و رفتاری موثر بر اعتماد مصرف‌کنندگان به چت‌بات‌های هوش مصنوعی وجود ندارد. همچنین نقش نگرش کاربران به‌عنوان سازوکاری تبیینی در شکل‌گیری اعتماد کمتر موردتوجه قرار گرفته است. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تبیین عوامل موثر بر اعتماد مصرف‌کنندگان به چت‌بات‌های هوش مصنوعی و بررسی نقش میانجی نگرش نسبت به چت‌بات‌ها انجام شده است.

روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کاربران پلتفرم‌های تجارت الکترونیک دارای تجربه تعامل با چت‌بات‌های هوش مصنوعی تشکیل دادند که از میان آنان 193 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه استاندارد گردآوری شد. متغیرهای کیفیت خدمات، اعتبار چت‌بات، تهدید ادراک‌شده، اینرسی ادراک‌شده و اجتناب از پشیمانی به‌عنوان متغیرهای مستقل، نگرش نسبت به چت‌بات‌ها به‌عنوان متغیر میانجی و اعتماد مصرف‌کنندگان به‌عنوان متغیر وابسته در نظر گرفته شدند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها و آزمون فرضیه‌ها از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شد.

یافتهها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که کیفیت خدمات و اعتبار چت‌بات تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر اعتماد مصرف‌کنندگان دارند. در مقابل، تهدید ادراک‌شده و اینرسی ادراک‌شده اثر منفی و معناداری بر اعتماد نشان دادند. همچنین اجتناب از پشیمانی تاثیر مثبتی بر اعتماد کاربران داشت. نتایج مدل ساختاری بیانگر آن بود که نگرش نسبت به چت‌بات‌های هوش مصنوعی نقش میانجی معناداری در روابط میان متغیرهای مستقل و اعتماد ایفا می‌کند. علاوه بر این، مقادیر ضریب تعیین نشان داد که مدل پژوهش از قدرت تبیینی مطلوبی در توضیح تغییرات نگرش و اعتماد مصرف‌کنندگان برخوردار است.

اصالت/ارزش‌افزوده علمی: ارزش‌افزوده این پژوهش در ارایه چارچوبی جامع برای تبیین اعتماد مصرف‌کنندگان به چت‌بات‌های هوش مصنوعی از طریق ترکیب هم‌زمان عوامل فناورانه، شناختی و رفتاری است. برخلاف بسیاری از مطالعات پیشین که تنها بر ویژگی‌های فنی یا پذیرش فناوری تمرکز داشته‌اند، این پژوهش نقش میانجی نگرش را در انتقال اثر عوامل موثر بر اعتماد بررسی می‌کند. نتایج حاصل می‌تواند به مدیران کسب‌وکارهای دیجیتال، توسعه‌دهندگان سامانه‌های هوشمند و فعالان تجارت الکترونیک در طراحی و استقرار چت‌بات‌های قابل‌اعتمادتر و کاربر محورتر کمک کند.
