یک چارچوب تصمیم ‌تحلیلی برای مدیریت ریسک زنجیره تامین پایدار با ادغام ابعاد ریسک، عملکرد و پایداری

چکیده

هدف: مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار در صنایع با اثرات زیست‌محیطی بالا نیازمند رویکردهایی یکپارچه است که به‌طور هم‌زمان ابعاد ریسک، عملکرد و پایداری را در نظر بگیرند. با این حال، بسیاری از پژوهش‌های موجود این ابعاد را به‌صورت جداگانه بررسی کرده‌اند که کارایی آن‌ها را برای تصمیم‌گیری راهبردی محدود می‌سازد. هدف این پژوهش، ارایه یک چارچوب تصمیم‌تحلیلی جامع برای ادغام پایداری، ریسک و عملکرد در مدیریت ریسک زنجیره تامین در صنعت نساجی است.

روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از ترکیب مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات و تحلیل محتوای کیفی استفاده می‌کند. در مجموع 115 مقاله علمی از پایگاه‌های معتبر با استفاده از جستجوی ساختاریافته و نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند. در این تحلیل، ابعاد کلیدی پایداری (زیست‌محیطی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی)، انواع ریسک (در سطح سازمانی، بین‌سازمانی و زنجیره‌ای) و شاخص‌های عملکرد شناسایی گردید. بر اساس این مولفه‌ها، یک چارچوب مفهومی توسعه داده شد که فرآیند مدیریت ریسک را در سه مرحله متوالی شامل شناسایی ریسک، ارزیابی ریسک و تصمیم‌گیری ساختاردهی می‌کند و بر شفافیت و قابلیت ردیابی در سطوح مختلف زنجیره تأمین تأکید دارد.

یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد ریسک‌های مرتبط با پایداری در صنعت نساجی در سطوح مختلف زنجیره تامین توزیع شده و عمدتا ناشی از عوامل زیست‌محیطی و اجتماعی هستند. همچنین مشخص شد مدیریت اثربخش ریسک مستلزم ادغام ارزیابی عملکرد با شاخص‌های پایداری، به‌ویژه در حوزه‌هایی مانند اثرات زیست‌محیطی، انطباق اجتماعی و ثبات اقتصادی است. چارچوب پیشنهادی نشان می‌دهد که بهبود شفافیت، سیستم‌های پایش و سازوکارهای ردیابی نقش مهمی در شناسایی و کاهش ریسک‌ها در زنجیره‌های تأمین پیچیده دارد.

اصالت/ارزش‌افزوده علمی چارچوب پیشنهادی به‌عنوان یک ابزار تصمیم‌یار ساختاریافته، مدیران و سیاست‌گذاران را در بهبود مدیریت راهبردی ریسک و ارتقای عملکرد عملیاتی در صنایع مبتنی بر پایداری یاری می‌دهد و شکاف موجود میان رویکردهای پراکنده پیشین را پوشش می‌دهد.
