بازشناسی و اولویتبندی عوامل موثر بر کاربست فناوری اطلاعات در ارزیابی عملکرد منابع انسانی کسبوکارهای دیجیتال ایران
چکیده
هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بازشناسی و اولویتبندی عوامل موثر بر کاربست فناوری اطلاعات در ارزیابی عملکرد منابع انسانی کسبوکارهای دیجیتال ایران بود.
روششناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش انجام، بر پایه تحلیل ماتریس اثرات متقابل ساختاری با رویکرد آیندهنگاری راهبردی و از نظر هدف از نوع توسعهای-کاربردی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش از 35 نفر از خبرگان شامل اساتید دانشگاهی و مدیران کسبوکارهای دیجیتال ایران به روش هدفمند تشکیل شده است. دادههای این تحقیق از طریق مطالعات کتابخانهای، مصاحبه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه کیفی امتیازدهی از صفر تا سه طبق ماتریس اثرات متقابل ساختاری جمعآوری شده و با نرمافزار آماری میکمک تجزیهوتحلیل شدهاند.
یافتهها: یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که عوامل یکپارچگی سامانههای ارزیابی عملکرد با سیستمها و نرمافزارهای منابع انسانی و سازمانی، ارتقای شایستگیهای دیجیتال منابع انسانی در کار با سیستمهای ارزیابی عملکرد مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات، بهبود کیفیت زیرساختهای فناورانه در جهت اجرای پایدار و دقیق سیستمهای ارزیابی عملکرد بهعنوان تاثیرگذارترین عوامل موثر بر کاربست فناوری اطلاعات در ارزیابی عملکرد منابع انسانی کسبوکارهای دیجیتال ایران هستند.
اصالت/ارزشافزوده علمی: این پژوهش با رویکرد آیندهنگاری راهبردی به بازشناسی و اولویتبندی عوامل موثر بر کاربست فناوری اطلاعات در ارزیابی عملکرد منابع انسانی کسبوکارهای دیجیتال ایران پرداخته و انتظار میرود که مدیران و رهبران کسبوکارهای دیجیتال در چارچوبی به عملیاتیسازی این عوامل بر اساس اولویت تعیینشده، در جهت بهسازی و توسعه کاربست فناوری اطلاعات در ارزیابی عملکرد منابع انسانی در کسبوکارهای دیجیتال بپردازند.
